Nina’s legal practice synthesizes her legal expertise and her in-depth knowledge of the health care industry. Her journey into health law began while she engaged in physician contracting, provider network management, and value-based care in various business roles at two national health plans. Her work there piqued her interest in contracting and law, ultimately leading her to pursue a JD with a focus on health law.

Nina has worked as an in-house attorney in health plan and physician group settings, both as part of a large legal team and as a sole corporate lawyer managing the full complement of legal needs. Her passion for providing practical advice - while focusing on the concerns and strategic business objectives of various stakeholders - fuels her commitment to help her clients navigate the complexities of the health care ecosystem. Additionally, she enjoys developing effective tools and training for business teams to create consistency and efficiency.

In addition to a JD, Nina holds a master’s degree in health administration and a bachelor’s degree in microbiology. She is a member of The Florida Bar, and the State Bar of California.
